Tired of waiting on hold to schedule a doctor appointment? DocCaller is an AI-powered appointment scheduling service that makes the call for you. Here's how it works in 3 simple steps:
1. Enter your information — Fill in the patient details and the name of up to 3 doctors or clinics you want to book with. Don't have the phone number? No problem, we'll look it up.
2. Our AI calls the office — Our AI phone agent dials each office during business hours (9 AM–12 PM and 1 PM–4 PM, Mon–Fri) in the doctor's timezone. Submit anytime — after-hours requests are queued automatically.
3. Get your results by email — Once all calls are complete, you'll receive an email summary with the outcome of each call, including appointment details and full call transcripts.
The entire process costs just $5 per session and covers up to 3 calls or 60 minutes of call time. No subscriptions, no hidden fees.
You enter your patient information and up to 3 doctor or clinic names. Our AI agent then calls each office, speaks with the scheduler, provides your details, and books appointments on your behalf. You receive an email summary when all calls are complete.
DocCaller costs $5 per session, which covers up to 3 appointment calls or 60 minutes of total call time. This fee goes directly toward the AI phone agent costs. No subscription required.
Yes. Patient information is not stored and is only used during the scheduling call. We require explicit patient consent before making any calls on your behalf.
If the office doesn't answer, our AI agent will leave a voicemail on your behalf. You'll be notified of the outcome via email along with a transcript of each call.
No. If you don't have the phone number, just enter the doctor or clinic name and we'll look it up for you automatically.
Calls are made during business hours only: 9 AM–12 PM and 1 PM–4 PM, Monday through Friday, in the doctor's local timezone. If you submit a request outside these hours (e.g. at midnight), the call will be automatically queued and placed at the next available window (e.g. 9 AM the next business day). You can keep the page open to see a countdown and live progress.
If you provide the doctor's office state, we use that timezone. If not, we fall back to the patient's state from their address. If neither is available, we default to Eastern Time (New York).
DocCaller works with any doctor's office or clinic that accepts phone-based scheduling. Our AI agent communicates naturally with human schedulers, so it works just like a real person calling on your behalf.
DocCaller can schedule any type of medical appointment including primary care visits, specialist consultations, follow-up appointments, annual checkups, dental visits, and more. If you can book it by phone, our AI can handle it.
